This package has a retail value of over $31,000+.  Expected delivery is six weeks after the winning bidder orders the Skeeter through Frankie's Marine (Chisago City, MN). ** NOTE: certificate is for a single console **

THE RULES:
1. Initial bids need to be mailed to:

2. Bids must include:
the bid amount, your name, address, phone number, email address, and a $250.00 deposit check payable to the Minnesota BASS Federation.
3. Bids will be accepted from Noon (CST) March 6, 2010 through 9 PM (CST) April 10, 2010.
4. The minimum bid will start at $24,000.
5. Tying bids will be ranked by the envelope postmark date.
6. Deposits will be refunded if you lose the bid and do not care to re-bid.
7. Deposits will not be refunded if you are the highest bid but do not complete the purchase.
8. Once you have bid and mailed the deposit, you may raise your bid amount via email to mgoetting@mnbfn.org or by calling 952-403-1254 and not have to pay a new deposit.
9. Winning bidder will be notified on April 10, 2010. Then he/she make take his/her Skeeter (non-transferable) certificate to a Skeeter boat dealer to order the boat. Delivery should occur in 6 weeks. Any upgrades are done solely at the discretion of the winning bidder.
10. If the winning bidder fails to complete the purchase, their deposit will be forfeited and the next highest bidder will be notified.
11. Highest bidder/purchaser will be responsible for all taxes, licenses,and registration fees.
12. All warranties will be through the appropriate manufacturers.
13. The Minnesota State Bass Chapter Federation relinquishes all responsibilities for boat package once the sale is final.
