MNBFN member and non-member can register together now or be "linked" prior
to the tournament registration deadline.
Important Note: Linking together does not mean the linked
anglers will fish together.
This is a draw tournament format where a MNBFN member will be paired with a
non-member and weigh-in a combined 6 bass limit.
